Flight cancelled

Sorry its been a while I didn't update my blog because I always feel tired co'z of my pregnancy. Well on my previous post about my philippine vacation, it was cancelled for some health reason. I'm not too comfortable to travel being in the airplane for about 20 hrs or so with my two year old kid and I got morning sickness and keep vomiting. Another one reason that make me decide not to go is that time on my flight day theirs a swine flu virus going on around and it was level 5 alert that scares me so badly. I just wanna be safe for my baby inside my tummy and of course for my li'l guy. So I think I just have to wait for next year if we still can afford to go because the northwest airlines didn't refund $2K or reschedule our ticket. BAD BAD BAD!!!

PS: Thanks God our travel insurance just approve our claim. That was a big relief nawala jud akong kalagot sa northwest airlines. So guys if you plan for a trip make sure you buy travel insurance it really helps a lot.

Philippine Vacation!!!

One more week to go me and my son gonna go visit my family in the Philippines. I'm not that excited compared the last time we went to Philippines because my husband is not going with us. We don't have enough budget this time because I didn't plan to go to Philippines this year it's just happen. One of my filipina friend ask me if we could go together to visit our family in our country. Since I'm having a baby by the end of this year I decided to go with her because it might be a while again before I can go back to the philippines with two kids. My friend already pack up since last month and me until now still not ready to go still waiting for the last minute:). I'm just tired most of the time right now I don't feel like doing anything. We gonna be there for almost a month so I hope I won't be sick on my 1st trimester. My husband is not gonna be in my side so I can't be a cry baby mode when I'm sick:). Chance and I gonna mis him so much when were in pinas. It would be nice if we win a lotto then he could follow us later but how could we win if we don't gamble on lotto:(. Oh gosh gracias!!!

Chance is now a big brother!

Few days ago we found out that I am pregnant as we planned. My husband surprise us, me and chance with a congratulation cake, welcome baby balloon and a big brother teddy bear. That was so sweet of him. Then my parents in-law came here for supper.

I din't got to post it right away because I feel so tired most of the time and chance got sick for 5 days now. Tommorrow I am going to the clinic to have my pregnancy test just to make sure I am right. I hope my next baby is a baby girl :) but if not it's still okay as long as its a healthy baby thats alright. So wish me luck guys.

Baboo to my beloved cruiser

My car broke down yesterday. According to a mechanic their is something wrong with the engine and cost alot to fix it so it's much better to get a new one. I think the engine give up on me (saon makipagrace man lol). So my husband decided to sold my pt cruiser for only $1650. I like my car it's cute and still in great shape plus already paid off:). I really don't want to buy or finance a car specially a pricey one because I'm going to visit my family in the philippines soon. I'm trying to save money right now so I really don't want more bills. I still need a car to drive though good thing that at my husband work they got a cheap mini van for only $500 plus. It's amazing I can get a car for that cost, well my husband work there so he gets discount. I really don't like driving a mini van because for me it's not mini it's huge but I don't have a choice right now. I have to drive it for the mean time until I got back from philippines and whenever we have budget. The mini van has 137,000 miles on it but still in great shape except it's not that clean inside compared to my pt cruiser so I have to clean it so bad tomorrow. It has power slide door on it so its okay atleast I have a car to drive. I just hope I won't hit somebody's car when I park somewhere :), that's one reason I don't like driving big cars. I still mis my pt cruiser though that was my first car, I thought I can drive it for 10 years or so:(. But oh well it happens.

Down Hill Skiing

Yesterday after church my husband and I went to a skiing and boarding resort about an hour away from our house. We left our son chance to my parents in law for the day. I have been wanting to go skiing for a while because I didn't do it for 2 years already since I got pregnant. I already forgot how to skiing so I keep falling down but it doesn’t hurt. I had fun. My husband decided to get a trainer for me because he doesn't have patient to do it. She teach me about an hour then after that I did good. I just need refresh. My husband knows the girl who trains me so she also gives us free pass for next time. That's nice of her saves us $80 next time we go back. We skiing for about 6 hours yesterday, it's really a good exercise. Now my body hurts it seems like somebody beat me up last night lol... My muscles is so sore, I gotta hard time getting out in bed this morning but I have to get up because chance want breakfast and it was pass 9:00am already. I still want to do it again; it's so fun. California Vacation!

Its a new year. It's been a while I didn't have time to update my blog because I so busy last holiday season and got tired from our vacation. It was fun vacation I got to see and spend time with my bestfriend and my cousin and his family. California is a little bit pricey compared here in Wisconsin so all in all were broke LOL. But its fine because we have so much fun site seeing and driving accross Ca. We drove from San Francisco all the way down to San Diego and we did good because of Ms. Garmin our (GPS), she really help us a lot most of the time. We drove through mountains, ocean, fields with lots of grapes, hills, bridges, desserts and cities. I think we drove more than 1000 miles and our little guy did great on our trip. I like driving on highway 1 este my husband did, I just love the sight seeing on the highway being in the hill road and 10 feet away from the ocean and sorrounded by bald mountains lol. We went to hearst Castle, Alcatraz prison, Golden Gate, Disneyland, etc. We missed the universal studios and winchester mansion that we love to see but it's fine save it for next time. Christmas Choir

This year I join the Christmas choir at our church. We already practice three times and tomorrow Sunday we will present in both services. I had fun doing it since I love singing plus at the same time worship Jesus. I love worship songs and Christmas songs so why not showing it to public lol. Though I am not a great singer but I can sing good enough specially with somebody else:). But no guts to sing by myself in front of many people. Lucky me because the person next to me is the pastor's wife which is she sings well so I can just copy the way she sing so I also feel like I'm a really good singer lol. Christmas Vacation

We screwed up our vacation to California. Our plan is to go their this December 27 to January 4th. We already booked the airline ticket last October. We are going to visit my bestfriend Jamie and my cousin in California. So time is getting closer I have to finalize everything as we plan. I look at our email today about our iterinary and in my surprise the plane ticket that my husband booked couple months ago was not on dec. 27 but on dec. 23. Man! I think when my husband called the airlines and made reservation the person his talking to made a mistake on putting the date. I look at it before when we receive the email but I didn't notice the date just today I caught it. We tried to call the airlines if we can change but we have to pay $600 or more for charge and theirs no available seat for dec. 27. So I supposed we just gonna have our Christmas in California. And my bestfriend still in the Philippines that time because she gonna go home for emergency. Her Dad died from serious illness so she will go home to attend the funeral and she will be back by dec. 27. Condolence to my bestfriend Jamie and take care on your trip. See you soon.

Hunting Season in Wisconsin

Today is the opening day of deer hunting season in the state of Wisconsin. Deer hunting will last for one week. Most guys up here like hunting as far as I know. It's kinda big thing for most guys especially my husband. He just so excited this morning he woke up so early about 3am to get ready for hunting. He said he need to be in his deer stand before the sun is up or before the deer woke up so the deer won't notice that he was in there. All day long he sat down way up in his deer stand waiting for a deer. Today was freezing cold outside below 30 degrees. Him and his brother hunt on the same woods and he said they were frozen but because they want to shot a buck they sacrifices. I don't know if I can stand 11 hours outside without heater. Luckily my husband got his 5 pionter buck ever. He is so proud because that's the first time he shoot a buck usually he only got doe. Buck is tough to shoot they are really smart and very alert. Most guys really aiming for a buck with huge antlers. It's like that's their trophy of all the sacrifices and waiting in this cold weather.
